A Unique Low Water YardThe Black Mountain Composite team director gave up trying to keep his grass alive another summer, and decided a pump track would make a great low water landscape. He hired Matt Stuck of Flow Visionaries in South Lake Tahoe to build the track. Add in a skid-steer, 30 yards of dirt, and week of hard labor and presto! A pump track! It turns out a new pump track is like a new pet, it takes a lot of care and maintenance while it packs down. And some training when you find little puddles where you don't want them. Next comes the landscaping.
It's a small front yard, so it's a small pump track. But thanks to Matt, it's a lot of fun! When the boys really get rolling sometimes traffic stops to watch.
